-
Progressive care goals: acute pain control → restore mobility → functional return
What to expect at your first visit
-
Intake: focused medical and symptom history
-
Assessment: hands-on evaluation
-
Treatment: targeted therapeutic massage (60-90 minutes depending on your plan and prescription)
Billing, insurance, and documentation
-
We provide clear clinical notes required by insurers and legal teams.
-
We can bill auto insurance directly.
-
Helpful documents required at first appointment: claim number, adjuster’s name and contact, physician referral or authorization.
-
Typical timeline: prompt treatment—ideally within days of the collision—helps outcomes and simplifies claims. We document progress and can provide periodic summaries for your insurer or attorney.
-
Do I need a referral? Yes. This can be from your primary care doctor, urgent care, or a chiropractor.
Prices stated in our Service Menu reflect discounts for payment at time of service and are for non-medical or physician-referred massages. Medical massage under MVA insurance is billed in accordance with usual, customary, and reasonable fees. We typically bill 4 to 6 units (15 minute increments) at a rate of up to $50.00 per unit and is based on cumulative time spent covering the treatment on credit, requiring hours of billing time, tracking, and collecting payment for services and requires well-documented records and chart notes for billing purposes which is normally not required.
