My goal: Create a safe, nurturing and body positive space to achieve wellness
through divine energy and bodywork. During my year long training in Swedish
Massage at East West College of the Healing Arts I gained a strong understanding
of body sciences and techniques giving me the skills to provide a well rounded
massage. In my last term at East West I was introduced to Polarity Therapy.
Developed by Dr. Randolf Stone, this ayurvedic based work activates the
natural positive and negative charged poles of our bodies to restore healthy
balanced energy flow. Resulting in deep relaxation and often rejuvenation.
This work has become my passion both as client and practitioner and have
found it's benefits to be profound.
My advanced training includes Polarity: Introduction, Back and Chakra. Thai
Fusion: thai stretches incorporated into a swedish table massage.
For the past two and a half years I have been gaining experience in Hot
Stone, Pre-Natal, and Therapeutic massage techniques at local spas, as well
as training in body wraps, scrubs and foot treatments.
Through my training at east west, advanced classes, and practical experience
I have developed an intuitive style rich in both eastern and western modalities
creating a lovely brew to sooth both body and mind. It is my hope that each
client leave feeling holistically nourished and cared for.
